- The first time I took Triphala I was so impressed with my body’s response that I now ritually take it before bed every night. Stress, high emotions and change tend to block me up for a few days at a time. Now, no matter what I experience, with Triphala I can rest assured that things will move and shift on a daily basis. The toning effect deep in my gut is palpable and welcome. I’m aware of how there’s now less heat being produced in my body. I just love this product. It’s highly recommended. (Posted on 02/03/2016)
