Try
a simple massage with calming
Vata Massage Oil. When Vata is out of balance the mind can be
overactive - the last thing you need when all you want to do is to chill
out for the evening after a busy day, or just get ready for bed and go

Just squeeze a little oil into the palm of your hand, rub it into the soles of your feet and let it soak in for a while. How to do the Sleep massage
