1. Men’s Health - Ten easy tips to follow

3. Children’s Health - Advice for parents and schools

Maharishi Ayurveda provides a unique way to know your child better. Understanding your child's mind/body type helps you to know what foods are more suitable for them, what exercise suits them best, their learning style at home and at school (helpful for teachers) and how to keep them in balance and healthy. The end of the Pitta season is a good time to make a big effort to get rid of that excess Pitta. 7. Ayurveda for the Over 50's - Article by David Hughes

8. Day Course in September – Ayurveda for beginners and enthusiasts

If you are someone who knows about Ayurveda and would like to know more, we recommend attending one of Dr Donn Brennan’s Maharishi Ayurveda day courses.

 

Suitable for beginners and enthusiasts alike, these courses give you a thorough grounding in Ayurveda’s main principles and you will learn practical techniques to help you maintain good health in a natural way.

 

The next course in the UK is on Saturday 25th September at Cedar Farm, Lancashire. It’s a lovely venue set in the countryside and with galleries, a restaurant, craft workshops and a range of interesting fashion, food, gardening and art shops.
