This takes about 60 minutes, and enables the practitioner to assess your health requirements. The practitioner will give personal advice on a range of methods for improving your health and on natural measures to rectify any underlying imbalances that are identified.	These may include: Diet - it is very important to eat food that is right for you, producing balance and comfort. Daily routine - minor changes can sometimes greatly improve your well- being. Life-style - learn what can strengthen your health and what to avoid. Food supplements - supplement the body's intelligence with the intelligence of nature encapsulated in sophisticated traditional herbal/mineral formulae. Natural Therapies - including the luxurious Panchakarma revitalization therapy. Consultations : Consultations are available either with a Maharishi Ayurveda Physician or a Maharishi Ayurveda Health advisor or a Vaidya.
Maharishi Ayurveda Doctors are medically qualified doctors who in addition to their medical training and experience in general practice, have also received extensive training in Maharishi Ayurveda at our international teaching centres in Europe and India. Our doctors have pioneered the introduction of Ayurveda in the UK, and have a wealth of experience as practitioners.	Maharishi Ayurveda Health Advisors generally come from a health care background and have special training to assess your state of health and give personalised advice on diet, routine and lifestyle (areas that Ayurveda considers of primary importance for health). We have a Health Advisor with special expertise in pregnancy and post-partum care.
Vaidyas: Ayurvedic practitioners, with full 5 year degree-level training and internship at government approved institutions in India, who have knowledge and appreciation of the policies, programmes and products of Maharishi Ayurveda.	Initial Personal Health Evaluations: typically cost £93 for 60 minutes and follow up consultation £49 for 30 minutes.
