After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

    We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

    Your right to cancel

    The right to cancel allows the customer time to examine the goods, as they would have when buying in a shop.  Customers have a cooling off period in which they can withdraw from the contract for any reason.  The cooling off period starts when the contract is concluded and ends 7 working days after the day the goods are received.  The cooling off period and right to cancel does not apply to CDs, DVDs, and tapes, audio or video if unsealed.

    If you wish to cancel the order you must do so it writing by fax, email or mail.  However, we will require you to return the goods to us at your own expense and in good condition.  If the goods are returned to our freepost address or if we arrange collection we will charge you the cost.
    Shipping And Handling Postage and Packing is charged as follows:

    Orders to UK and Northern Ireland: 60p per item, (Minimum: £2.10, maximium: £6.60)

    Orders to Europe and Channel Islands: Add 15% of order value, (Minimum charge £3.50)

    Other: Add 25% of order value, (Minimum charge £3.50)

    Note: For orders outside the UK, shipping costs will show on your order confirmation as the minimum charge; £3.50, however the correct percentage shipping charge will be calculated at time of order dispatch and these costs added to your total order charge. For example, an order shipped outside the UK to Europe for the value of GBP 50.00 will have a shipping charge of GBP 7.50.
    Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order to you within 2-3 business days. UK: Orders should reach you within 5 working days. If you require a quicker service, please ask when you place your order: we will advise you if there will be any extra charge.

    Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
    Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added except to goods which are zero-rated for VAT by the UK Government. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
    Credit Card Security All your credit card online transactions are processed on a secure server (SSL). We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
