Making A Purchase How do I make a purchase? - Browse our catalogue.
- Click the 'buy button' and enter the quanity you wish to order.
- After you have finished your selection, click on the 'View/Edit Basket' or 'Checkout' links at the top of the page.
- Fill out a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.
- A copy of your order will be posted to your email address.
How do I Pay?- Pay by card with Visa®, Visa Debit®, Visa Delta®, Mastercard®, Mastercard Debit®, UK Maestro®, International Maestro®, and American Express®.
- Pay with your PayPal® account.
- Request an invoice and payment before delivery.
Do I have the right to cancel my order?When the order arrives?- You have the right to return or cancel your order for any reason. But there are some exceptions.
- If you don't like the goods or have changed your mind, you can cancel the order. This is usually within a seven-day 'cooling-off' period.
When can I cancel my order?You can cancel at any time until:- The end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive your goods; or
- The end of the seventh working day after the day on which the trader agreed to go ahead with the service. But please note that you might lose your right to cancel once the service has started.
- You also have a further three months to cancel if you were not given all the necessary written information. If the trader gives you this information late - but still before the three months are up - you will have seven days to cancel from the day you receive that information.
How do I cancel my order?- To cancel your order, you must tell the seller in writing - by letter, fax or e-mail.
- If sending a letter, send the letter by registered post, so you can prove that you sent it and track its progress.
Can I get a refund after cancelling?- If you have already paid for the goods or services, the seller must refund your money within 30 days of you cancelling the agreement.
- If you have paid for the goods by a credit agreement suggested or organised by the seller, the agreement will be automatically cancelled.
When can I not cancel my order?Please note that there are circumstances when you cannot cancel unless we have given you a specific contractual right to do so.These are if:- The trader has already started to provide the service within the cancellation period and you have agreed to this. You must have been told in writing - before the supplier agreed to carry out the service - that you would then lose your right to cancel.
- You had the goods made to your specifications or personalised.
- The items are likely to go off or deteriorate quickly, such as flowers or fresh foods.
- The goods by their nature cannot be returned.
- You have opened sealed software, CDs, DVDs etc.
- They are newspapers, periodicals or magazines.

Delivery Schedule When will my order be shipped?- We will normally despatch your order to you within 2-3 business days.
- UK orders should reach you within 5 working days.
- Orders shipped from outside the UK may take longer than 5 days.
- If you require a quicker service, please ask when you place your order and we will advise you if there will be any extra charge.

Back Orders What happens if my order is not in stock?- If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

Tax Charges Do I pay United Kingdom purchase tax - VAT?- For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added, except to goods which are zero-rated for VAT by the UK Government.
- If you are a member of an European Union state, and are VAT registered, you do not have to pay UK VAT. However, to request a VAT exempt order you must supply your VAT registration number. This can be entered at checkout or sent to us direct by email or phone.
- All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.
